About
Clinician, speaker, and educator — challenging the stories we've been told about health.
My Why
I exist to challenge systems, beliefs, and medical norms that accept health decline, chronic illness, and unnecessary suffering as unavoidable. Aging is not synonymous with deterioration. Preventable diseases should never be considered normal. I stand for the belief that individuals deserve to feel strong, clear, energized, and capable throughout their lifespan.

My Just Cause
I envision a future where optimal health is expected at every age and stage of life, not exceptional — where health decline, chronic disease, and unnecessary suffering are no longer normalized, and individuals are recognized as sovereign stewards of their own health.
My perspective on health was shaped both in the lab and in my own body. I trained in biochemistry, naturopathic medicine, nursing, and clinical research while spending more than a decade navigating and ultimately reversing advanced chronic illness — through study, research, and relentless application. I'm also a former professional cyclist who competed for the Canadian National Team and was inducted into the Quebec Cycling Hall of Fame, so I understand peak performance not as theory, but as lived experience. Together, these experiences give me a rare, integrative lens on health and human resilience — one that challenges outdated narratives and advances a more intelligent, empowered model of care.
