Through Renewed Institute for 21st Century Health, Melanie delivers clinically grounded learning experiences for adults and high school students, designed to restore health literacy and a true understanding of human physiology. These programs move beyond fragmented health advice to teach how the body actually works, restoring context, systems thinking, and agency. She is the creator of the RENEWED™ and Health Sciences for the 21st Century Thinker™ programs. She also brings this work to the stage through keynotes, workshops, and intensives that challenge outdated health narratives, disrupt complacency around preventable disease, and push audiences to think differently about health in the 21st century.
